The goal is to create a media hub where the Ladisa group's activities over the past few years will be consolidated. The cherry on top, the acquisition of Telenorba, will be achieved through the conclusion of a due diligence on the accounts of the Conversano TV. An activity that started after the presentation of a binding offer by the two Bari brothers. The times to reach the target appear relatively tight. Yesterday, the Telenorba ad, Antonella Capriglia, officially informed the unions of the existence of the binding purchase proposal presented by the Ladisa group for a figure that no one wants to confirm but which should be around 17 million euros. A proposal, of course, subject to the usual checks provided for in operations of this kind. Those involved are Sebastiano Ladisa, partner with his brother Vito of Finlad (the holding that groups the family companies starting from the collective catering giant), and Marco Montrone, son of the founder of Telenorba.
